Pre-Order Refund & Returns Policy

Pre-Order Information

All products sold on this store are pre-order items. This means your item is not immediately in stock and will be manufactured or sourced after your order is placed.

Estimated delivery time is 6–10 weeks from the date of purchase.

This timeframe is an estimate only and may vary due to production, supplier, or shipping delays.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may request a refund at any time before your order has been dispatched.

If you request a cancellation before dispatch, your order will be cancelled and refunded where possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, the standard returns policy will apply.

Returns After Delivery

If you are not satisfied with your item after receiving it, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in line with consumer rights.

Items must be returned unused and in original condition where applicable.

Delivery Timeframe Acknowledgement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Your item is a pre-order product
  • Delivery takes approximately 6–10 weeks
  • This timeframe must be allowed for before assuming an order is delayed

Late Orders

If your order has not arrived after 10 weeks, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
